The only assault rifle with Strong armor penetration. Patch 1.26.0 rebalance: 16 damage per bullet (was 14), 235 RPM (~3.95 shots/sec at T1, was 4.79), per-shot dispersion -40%, dispersion recovery -30%, +33% damage vs ARC armor. The PVE/PVP hybrid is now slower but harder-hitting and more accurate. 22-round mag (T1). Stats unverified — derived from patch-note ratio, frame-count testing pending.
16 damage per bullet, 32 headshot. After the 1.26.0 fire-rate cut to ~3.95 shots/sec at T1 (~4.56 at T4), Bettina trades raw rate of fire for per-shot stopping power and tighter dispersion. T1 body TTK vs Heavy Shield: ~2.0s (9 shots). Headshot STK improves by 1 across most shield tiers vs the pre-patch numbers. The +33% ARC damage multiplier isn't yet modeled in the schema — PvE STK in enemy-profiles is computed from base 16 damage only.
